Eivissa se ha convertido en nuestro hogar, amamos esta isla, su cultura y tradiciones. En esta edición tan especial queremos homenajear a la gente ibicenca, a aquellas personas que siguen viviendo como antaño, cuidando de la tierra. Gente sencilla con un gran corazón para los que el tiempo no pasa. En la portada, María Ribas Noguera, una auténtica payesa ibicenca, hilandera y cantante de música tradicional Ibicenca. A sus 85 años vive sola, ella misma se encarga de su huerto y sus animales. Su salud inmejorable, su vitalidad, alegría y buen humor, quizás, nos están diciendo que volver al origen es la solución a estos tiempos.
Ibiza is now our home, we love this island, its culture and traditions. In this special edition we want to pay tribute to the people from Ibiza, to those who keep on living as the old days, taking care of our Motherland. People with a big heart for whom time does not pass. On our magazine cover, María Ribas Noguera, an authentic “payesa” from Ibiza, spinner and singer of traditional music from the island. At her 85 she lives alone, takes care of her orchard and her animals. Her unbeatable health, vitality and joy, are perhaps are telling us that going back to our roots might be the solution.
